However, critical social problems also have emerged: a technology addiction. ‘The 2015 Psychological Society’s Stress and Well-being in Australia Report’ has stated that more than 12% of Australians report the “issues with keeping up with social media networks” as a source of stress. In addition, Deloitte reports that over 40% are concerned to use mobile phone too much.
Due to the Coronavirus disease pandemic and home quarantine, many people have been forced to change their lifestyle. Hence, this has led to a lack of physical activity, and a significant increase in technology addiction rate is expected (2020, Ahmadreza).
